How Do You Antique A Mirror From The Front And Back

Antiquing the Front of the Mirror

Materials:

Mirror
Painters tape
Black paint
Sponge
Clear varnish

Apply painters tape around the edges of the mirror to protect it from the paint.
Apply a thin coat of black paint to the front of the mirror using a sponge. Allow it to dry completely.

Antiquing the Back of the Mirror

Materials:

Mirror
Aluminum foil
Black paint
Sponge
Clear varnish
