Planning and Preparation

Consider the mirror's features, such as built-in lighting or demister pads, and choose a model that complements the bathroom's design and electrical capacity. Verify the bathroom's wiring can handle the additional electrical load, and ensure the chosen location has appropriate wall support.

Gathering Necessary Tools and Materials

Assembling the necessary tools beforehand streamlines the installation process. Essential tools typically include a voltage tester, wire strippers, electrical tape, a level, a drill with appropriate drill bits for wall anchors (if needed), a screwdriver, and safety glasses.
